Mistake made. This is not Russian, It's Savo Finnish.
The 2 Kirlias, a Gallade, and a Gardevoir have started an acapella group. Here's them Rehersing

The song, by the way, is a sped up version of a Finnish Polka that's famously associated with Leeks (and I will hold that Traditions for this cartoon). I think high pitched version of this language is pretty close to how these Pokemon would sound in real life (a High Pitched Welsh would work better, though) because of all the Rolling "R" sounds they make.
