This ever happen to you?

Ever have one of those times when your Eating dinner and facing the window, but then you look at the Window and you see your reflection...
And It's all dark and shadowy because of the Overhead lighting and because you forgot to take your hat off at the table- which is probably one of the reasons you don't were a hat at the table, but come-on, It's a fedora!
And while your busy thinking about that, you take another look at the relfelction and you swear that you just saw your reflection mouth
and you get really freaked out, but then realize it's just your mind playing tricks on you, as well as the expired medication you substituted for Ice Cream sprinkles that afternoon.

Fun day. Arm dislocated. That hasn't happened in 5 years so my shoulder hurts like all hell right now.

I am hanging up my Barret

I finally got myself into the pokemon series almost exactly 5 months ago. Since then I've gotten so into the series that even barrytoon (who is the owner of EVERY pokemon figurine we've used in our movies) has submitted that I've actually become a bigger fan than him.

Pokemon inspired art completely took over this blog at times, and I spent so much time learning about not just the mechanisms of the game, but the stories behind so many of these monsters that I developed some theories that actually got quite a few nods from the seasoned fanbase.
I have been making up for the 10 years I've missed, and I'm happy to say I think I'm satisfied now. So I'm slowing down, and getting back in touch with my other DS games and my Badly neglected and unbeaten copy of FF12... and also homework. That's important too.

Pokemon Bleach version: Yoruitias (also ASHTRAYED!)

The Dragon Latias as Yoruichi from Bleach. This one was actually pretty obvious, but I never though about it until know.
I would explain why it's obvious, but you know, it's like explaining a joke to someone.

in OTHER news...
I've had an iffy opinion on "Lucky Star" for a while now, but this scene right here really sold it for:

ASHTRAYED!
The hardened rotten-cored child actor is a very overdone character, but these guys found a way to bring some life back into it... An ashtray to the face...

Parody Song idea

I Kept hearing "one wing angel" in that one fiest song. So I decided to make some parody lyrics on it.

This is all I have for today:

One Two Three Four Jump right down and stab that whore Sleek skin, long hair That is what fan girls adore
One wing angel with a masamune sword Left you with spin-offs but they want some more Oh, you're in Kingdom Hearts Oh, Your clones are retards

...
One, two, three, four, Final Fantasy Seven Will there ever be a better translation

And also, here's a picture of Magic 8 ball girls only fear...
Naaaaaaa nuh nana nana nana nuh nananananaaaaaa

This is actually part of the game

This was a short little joke a made for a forum a few months back... I decided to make a comic of it.
This is an actual part of the game. there are berries that are essentially mood altering drugs (The berries will also reduce stats, but that's strategically a good thing.)

Now I will abuse your generous attention to Soapbox my oppinions

I don't have a sketch today, but I do have a new YTMND. There's also a bit of a rant... Suddenly Nintendo's decision to suspend their online forums for the week makes total sense.

I remember when Mario Kart DS was announced online. I was kinda mad that I couldn't choose who I wanted to play without a Friend code, but at least you got to see your opponents' names and their little custom avatar.

WHY OH WHY are the restriction getting worse?
Pokemon Battle Revolution would let you see your opponents names, but not their pokemon's names... even though the DS's online battle does. So what ever dangers the names of Pokemon make toward Wii players, apparently DS players are uneffected.
Could we at least have some consistency with these unreasonable safeties?

Now SSBB has finally shown it's online colors. You can't see any information at all about the players. Nothing customizable at all. and no measurement of how well you do against them.*

If you have Friend codes, it's a different story... kinda
It really speaks for itself

I can understand protecting the kids in Pokemon, but SSBM was rated T for Teen, and this one will probably be as well. At what age do the training wheels come off, Nintendo? Why is this more dangerous than Mario Kart DS? What makes this Dangerous at all?

It's not the restrictions themselves that are causing this rant, but it's the fact that their so inconsistence. They just keep jerking us around with this, and expect us to take it.

real quick one

The picture pretty much says it all. They blew up a lake.

At the last minute I decided to get rid of the outlines for this.

Brian White in Profile

Don't you hate it when you partly think you messed a picture up, and you Partly think you got it right, and you just can't make up your mind.
I hate that feeling and I run into it a lot. I ran into it like no tomorrow with Legend of Luik and I always just tell myself to "shut up and draw."
"Shut up and draw" has become a sort of motto I say to myself. And for the most part, it works. It's the main difference between animation and comics. The only one who gets a really really good look at every single picture is the animator. So the Animator can in no way can afford to be his worst critic.

It's not about quality, it's about tolerance. and I think I can tolerate that Picture...

(Just to make things clear, I am speaking strictly as an amateur who can barely animate without the aid of Flash MX.)

NeVERLAND

I think this joke is a little to obvious... and maybe a bit insulting, But I had to get this one out there.

Maze Fun!

I used to make these little grid Mazes all the time as a Kid. I got board at College and decided to make another one real quick. Then I cleaned it up in flash:

Floor 2

Floor 1 (You start here at the Top left)Basement 1
Heres how this Maze works. You start on the top left of the 1st floor and need to get to the lower right of the 1st floor.
Those Keyhole shaped icons with numbers in them are Locks. You can't get passed them to you get a Key of the same Number.
The Colored Circles are Teleporters, which take you to the Triangle of the same Color.
The Grey Squares are Holes in the Floor. You can jump down them and land on a lower floor (indicated where the X is).
Finally, the big purple thing is the BOSS! oooooohhhhhhh, scary. Defeat him to get the #3 key.

I have no Idea how to program something like this in flash. So you'll just have to use your Imagination.

MAGIC 8 BALL GIRL: Defender of Truth, Justice, and one of the America's favorite past times.

We both knew it would come to this!

There destinies are forever intertwined. Now see the story the way it was meant to be seen!

These guys are too fun to draw.

Bridgette's First Rival:

So now that I have all the drawings of Brian (Green) done, and I need to iron out the design for Brian White, who will be making a short appearance at the end of this cartoon.

By now you may have already guessed, but there are quite a few Robots in BBB, and yes, all of them are named Brian.
Brian Green
Brian Black
and now Brian White. This is Brian White. As you can see she looks much older than the other to, and she is an older model. She is the oldest successful model of the Brians, and though that makes her a little stiff, and stubborn, she has an immense amount of power. And as an "older sister," she is not very happy about what Brian Green has been doing.

Brian Green absolutely hates White, but Bridgette is the one who will be taking her on in the future. I won't go any further as to why this is happening, but the point is conflict is a-brewing.

Also Brian White has this one sort of multi armed snake thing she can transform too.
Although I may scrap this part of her. I haven't worked on it in almost a year.

Now for a little history of how this character came to be. Brian White was created almost immediately after I decided that Brian Green would be a Robot (last year). Her original design was giving me a lot of trouble. I needed something Feminine and upright, but intimidating and slightly foreign. My initial idea was a for her to look like a lizard girl with a Chinese fashion, but that really didn't play out.

So I needed a new look for Brian White. and I began to realize that above all else, she should look like something that Brian Green would hate more than anything else...
Gardevoirs
It worked Perfectly! Not only did it fit with everything that had been established about Brian White so far, but it also put all the weeks I spent learning how to draw those Poke' elves to a practical use.
Now we have the design we have now.

Gotta Remember to finish this

So Here's some of "Hey Terrene." I buried this because I still needed to revoice Terrene and then Relipsync her, but I decided to show what I have so far. I'll take initiative to get this done now.

Then I can post it on Deviant art, and finally make a Vic and Sean Compilation to Newgrounds. It will be the first time those two have had an official appearance on that site since I first started submmiting there.

Gallade Galink Redemption

So last May I had this really god awful Picture of Gallade as Link. It was awkward looking and the pose was all wrong for it. I finally decided to give it a little redux. I'm kinda pleased.
A sword should be one of the Hold items you can give your Pokemon, I also added the Little Banshee Pokemon for Midna. Funny thing is when they evolve they look like this:To evolve her though you need to get a Dusk stone and have her fight ganon. Which is not easy, because Ganon isn't in Pokemon Diamond.

Skool Schetches... (spelling?)

It's Brian and Bridgette.
There was another sketch, but it wasn't transfered right. I'll need to use an actual scanner for it.

The final Brian pick

Not the best Picture of Brian, but It's the last one I'll have to draw for this cartoon. HOORAY!

Pick'em apart and put 'em back

What's the difference between THIS cartoon and THIS cartoon?
Well, with "I forgot what I was suppose to say" I converted each part of Vic into a symbol AS I drew him. In Heeey Terrene (which is fully animated on my computer, I just need to reVoice it) I had to tear apart the drawings I already made and then make each piece of them indepandant symbols.

Let me tell you, the former is SO much easier to do, but I keep FORGETTING to do that. Leaving me to have to stiffen up the animation, or practically redraw the all the pictures.

I just had to do that with the gardevoir Picture (shown below) twice! (The Kirla were done the easier way).

But at least it was worth it:

Just thought I should share that.
I'm getting a little farther on this.
